The Process

Pre-event brief — We connect before the event to understand the schedule, key moments, and any surprise elements. If there is a surprise entrance, a cake reveal, or a special speech, we need to be in position before it happens.
Early arrival — We arrive 30 minutes before guests to photograph venue details, decorations, table settings, and the overall setup while everything still looks pristine. These detail shots give context to the celebration.
Candid coverage — During the event, we move discreetly among guests capturing genuine laughter, warm embraces, and spontaneous moments. The best party photos are the ones where no one notices the camera. Using the Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II with the Godox iT32 flash, we handle everything from dimly lit restaurant interiors to bright outdoor garden parties without missing a beat.
Key moments — Cake cutting, toasts, gift opening, group cheers — we are always positioned for the moments that matter. If there is a photo booth or activity corner, we capture those interactions too.
Group photos — At a natural pause in the event, we gather key groups — family, friends, colleagues — for directed shots. Quick, efficient, and fun so nobody feels pulled away from the celebration for long.
Delivery — Edited images delivered via a private online gallery within 5–7 business days. Guests can download and share directly.
