We provide the same quality and professionalism as our commercial work — the only difference is the pricing. The Process

1. Application — Contact us with your organisation details, registration number, the project or event you need covered, and the intended use of the images
2. Selection — We review applications and select 2–3 pro bono projects per quarter based on cause alignment, scheduling, and where our photography can have the most impact
3. Pre-event briefing — We meet (in person or online) to understand your story, the key moments you need captured, and any specific images required for reports or campaigns
4. Photography session — We attend and cover the event or session with the same professional equipment and approach used for commercial clients — Sony A7V, professional lenses, proper lighting where needed
5. Editing and delivery — Images are edited and delivered within 7 business days. Rush delivery available for time-sensitive campaigns
6. Usage rights — Full usage rights granted to the organisation for non-commercial purposes. We may use selected images in our portfolio with your permission

How to Apply

Contact us with details about your organisation and event. Include your ROS registration number, a brief description of your mission, and how the photography will support your work. We select 2–3 pro bono projects per quarter based on cause alignment, potential impact, and scheduling availability. Discounted rates are available for projects outside our pro bono quota.
