We photograph every space type in your co-working facility — from hot desks and private offices to meeting rooms, event spaces, and breakout areas. Then we add the human element with lifestyle shots showing real people (or models) working, collaborating, and enjoying the amenities. The Process

Pre-shoot site visit — We walk through your space together, identify the strongest angles, and plan the shot list. We agree on whether to use real members (with consent) or arrange models
Styling and preparation — On shoot day, we arrive early to ensure desks are tidy, screens show appropriate content, coffee is freshly made, and the space looks its best. Small details matter — a messy cable or an empty coffee cup can ruin an otherwise perfect shot
Photography session — A half-day to full-day session depending on the space size. We shoot with the Sony A7V and 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II for wide interiors, plus the Viltrox 85mm f/1.4 for lifestyle portraits with beautiful background blur
Post-processing — Images are colour-corrected, perspective-corrected (no converging verticals), and retouched. We enhance natural light and ensure the space looks bright, inviting, and accurately represented
Delivery — Full image set delivered within 7 business days, organised by space type and use case (website, social, listing platform)
